Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS & EXCHANGES FLOWCHART:

1. 📧 Contact Customer Service

• Email support@depthwears.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
• Include photos of the product (if applicable).

2. 📨 Receive Instructions

• Wait for customer service to email you return/exchange instructions and the correct return address.

3. 📦 Prepare Your Return

• Ensure the item is unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and has all original labels and packaging.
• NOTE: Do not send the item directly to the address on the parcel.

4.🚚 Ship the Item

• Return the item at your own cost (we do not offer Freight To Collect).
• Use the return address provided by customer service.

5. 📥 Item Received & Inspected

• We will inspect the returned item and notify you via email.
• If approved, your refund/exchange will be processed and notify you via email.

6. 💳 Refund Processed

• Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
• If you don’t receive your refund, contact your bank or credit card company, then reach out to us.

Order Cancellation Flowchart

1. 📧 Contact Customer Service

• Email support@depthwears.com to request cancellation.

2. ⏳ Check Order Status

• If the order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Important Notes

• Time Limit for Returns/Exchanges: Requests must be made within 15 days of receiving the item.
• Return Shipping Costs: For personal reasons, the customer bears the cost; for seller’s responsibility (e.g., wrong item or quality issues), the seller covers the cost.
• Direct Returns Not Accepted: Items returned without prior notification to customer service will not be accepted.
• No FTC Available: We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. If you return the packages for your own personal reasons, the returns will be made at your own cost. Instead, we are responsible for the cost.
