Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS & EXCHANGESย FLOWCHART:

  • Email support@depthwears.comย with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  • Include photos of the product (if applicable).

  • Wait for customer service to email you return/exchange instructions and the correct return address.

3. ๐Ÿ“ฆ Prepare Your Return

  • Ensure the item isย unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and has all original labels and packaging.
  • NOTE:ย Doย notย send the item directly to the address on the parcel.

4.๐Ÿšš Ship the Item

  • Return the item at your own cost (we do not offer Freight To Collect).
  • Use the return address provided by customer service.

5.ย ๐Ÿ“ฅ Item Received & Inspected

  • We will inspect the returned item and notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund/exchange will be processed and notify you via email.

6.ย ๐Ÿ’ณ Refund Processed

  • Refunds are issued withinย 5-7 business daysย to your original payment method.
  • If you donโ€™t receive your refund, contact your bank or credit card company, then reach out to us.

  • Return Shipping Costs:ย For personal reasons, the customer bears the cost; for sellerโ€™s responsibility (e.g., wrong item or quality issues), the seller covers the cost.
  • Direct Returns Not Accepted:ย Items returned without prior notification to customer service will not be accepted.
  • No FTC Available:ย We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. If you return the packages for your own personal reasons, the returns will be made at your own cost. Instead, we are responsible for the cost.
